Hello Tokyo, a female-fronted band hailing from Brooklyn, have recently been gaining much clout in the blogosphere (just check hypem to see how many people have been posting about them. ridic!) following the release of their debut album Sell the Stars. Denali + Kings of Leon? maybe? I don’t know. As my friend would say, “It’s the BOMB DOT COM.” The Vandaleyes remix is especially good as the vocalist’s voice sounds quite soothing. And plus…I am kind of a sucker for music with a trip hop feel.
